Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay to be sent within 7 days of receipt of confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or promotions currently on offer.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, usable until September 30, 2022.
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN?
Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards. If you arrive before that time you can already register and start to enjoy all our services such as the All Inclusive, parking, lunch and also we will check the possibility to deliver the room as soon as possible and we will notify you when it will be ready.
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-OUT?
We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10 am. In order to avoid queues or waits we advise Guests to settle their bill the evening before or during their stay. It is possible to request late check out upon availability directly at the reception at an additional cost.
IS LUNCH INCLUDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
Our plans start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Any lunch not enjoyed on arrival can be made up on the day of departure by packed lunch.
ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS
We cannot guarantee the non-contamination of products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to handle severe intolerances or allergies (eg celiac disease), so in order to protect you we ask you to contact us so we can analyze together the best solution for both.
In case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
HOW CAN THE ACCOMMODATION BE PAID?
Payment can be made directly at the hotel by cash, debit card, cheque and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE CHILDREN?
The real question is: what shouldn't I bring? Travel light because at the hotel you will find high chairs, safety rails, strollers, nightlights, bath tubs, cribs, bicycle seats, disposable bibs and plastic tableware, bottle warmers and toilet reducers.

CAN I TAKE MY FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND WITH ME?
Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small animals (max 10 kg), we will add a small supplement to the holiday for the sanitation of the room at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and swimming pool.
