Booking and cancellation conditions

Full Board The rates quoted are per stay, per room, in Full Board formula, excluding All Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.
Check-In Check-in time is from 14:00. In case of early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibility to deliver the room as soon as possible and offer the services available.
Check-out Check-out time is within 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise stated. For release after the scheduled time will apply the daily rate.
Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days there is a 30% surcharge on the daily rate.

KIDS STAY FREE 1 or 2 kids stay free in room with 2 adults.

MEALS NOT CONSUMED Meals not consumed in the hotel are not deductible from the price of the pension.
REBATES Rebates cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except when specifically indicated.
BOOKING VALIDITY Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, usable until September 30, 2023.
EARLIER DEPARTURE In case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
HOW CAN THE ACCOMMODATION BE PAID? Directly at the hotel by cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
